C&C Management Solutions Pty Ltd was established in October 2012.
Following the takeover of Sanyo by Panasonic, Sanyo Oceania Pty Ltd was voluntarily liquidated and closed. As a result Sanyo Electric Co Ltd Japan investigated a number of options to ensure that the warranty and ongoing support obligations of Sanyo's customers in Australia and New Zealand were maintained at the same high standard as delivered under the management of Sanyo Oceania Pty Ltd.
Under the directorship of former Sanyo Oceania Pty Ltd key personnel, C&C Management Solutions was established to provide the following key support functions.
* Support of all Sanyo products sold that are still under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
* The ongoing sale and provision of original Sanyo parts for in and out of warranty support.
* Ongoing customer support including technical support, service manuals, customer call centre support.
During this time C&C Management Solutions has developed its business to include the following services.
* Sale of original AWA parts and accessories.
* Out of warranty support and repairs for major brand electrical appliances
* Dedicated support in the projector field in particular the education sector.
* Sale of refurbished projectors ( includes warranty term).
* Sanyo and all major brand projector lamp sales.
